Fees

CLERC AVOCATS works essentially on the basis of remuneration at an hourly rate, depending on the lawyer working on the case.

We nevertheless and as far as possible in the early stages, give a rough estimate of the fees for the mission that will be entrusted to us and, when the case allows it, propose a flat-rate billing.

CLERC AVOCATS undertakes to be transparent in its fees by signing a fee agreement in the initial stages and regular informs its clients on the work carried out and the corresponding fees.
